Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information ZAKLINK collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to our client services.

1. Who we are

ZAKLINK provides company formation, visa management, bank account setup and bookkeeping services from Mangrove Building, Expo City Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, contact [email protected] or +971 58 570 0440.

2. Information we collect

From website visitors, we collect what you enter into our forms, your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are enquiring about and anything you choose to tell us, plus basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed.

When you become a client, the work itself requires more sensitive material: passport and identity documents, Emirates ID details, photographs, proof of address, educational or professional certificates, family and civil status documents, financial and source-of-funds information, and company records. We collect only what the relevant authority, freezone or bank requires for your matter.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation; to prepare and submit applications on your instructions; to communicate with you about your matter, including by WhatsApp, email and phone; to keep records required by law, including anti-money-laundering and tax obligations; and, where you have agreed, to send you occasional updates about our services. You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

4. Legal grounds

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our engagement with you, our compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time, though this may prevent us continuing work already underway.

5. Who we share it with

Delivering our services requires disclosure to third parties, and by instructing us you authorise this where it is necessary for your matter. These may include UAE government departments and licensing authorities, freezone authorities, immigration and medical testing providers, banks and payment institutions, typing and PRO service providers, translators and attestation agents, our accounting and tax software providers, and our professional advisers. We also use service providers for hosting, email, CRM and analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by other companies.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient applies an appropriate level of protection, including contractual safeguards.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

8. How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as we act for you and afterwards for the period required by UAE law, including anti-money-laundering, corporate and tax record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once they are no longer needed.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted storage and staff confidentiality obligations to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and documents sent by email or messaging apps carry inherent risk, tell us if you would prefer a secure upload link for identity documents.

10. Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity first.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We process information about children only where a parent or guardian provides it as part of a family visa or dependant application.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
